Standard PackageThe Standard Package includes the "classic" black and white floor plans, complete with room dimensions and labeling, AND the "glass house" floor plans. In addition to a printable PDF brochure to include in your marketing materials, you will receive 2-dimensional, "classic" black and white floor plan JPEG images and 3-dimensional, "glass house" floor plan JPEG images for each level of the home which can be uploaded to the Multiple Listing Service.

Gold Package
The Gold Package includes the Standard Package plus 3-dimensional, "custom" color floor plans. While we have an extensive library, we may not have every paint color or building material, but we'll certainly do our best to match the homes features. Furniture and staging decorations are an additional cost. The printable, PDF brochure will include the classic, glass house, and custom floor plans and you will receive JPEG images of each type.

Online Virtual TourAdd the Online Virtual Tour to any package for only $25.00. Send us the photos of the home and we'll build an interactive floor plan where the photos pop up! In addition to providing a customized DRAW MY HOME website address, we will link directly to the multiple listing service, Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS). The Online Virtual Tour also links to the downloadable PDF brochure. First time customers will recieved a FREE Online Virtual Tour with the purchase of the Standard or Gold Packages.
Discounts
If you have a pre-existing floor plan and the DRAW MY HOME specialist does not need to visit the property, you will receive a 25% discount off the total price. Prior to starting to the project, please notify us if there are any updates to the floor plan or the discount may not apply. It is recommended that we visit the property to take pictures for the "custom" floor plans.
Attention Realtors®Next time you are competing for a listing, include DRAW MY HOME’s unique floor plan service into your new and improved marketing strategy. Spending a couple hundred dollars on a floor plan can help you win the listing, bringing in 25-50 times the investment in commission (do the math!).
