Classic Floor Plans

The classic floor plan is a 2-dimensional black and white rendering, complete with room dimensions and labeling.  Featured in the floor plan are appliances, fixtures, staircases, doors and windows, and any details represented in a 2-dimensional view.  Exterior improvements such as decks and patios are also included.


"Glass House" Floor Plans

The "glass house" floor plan transforms the classic floor plan into a 3-dimensional rendering showing depth and details.  The walls are transparent so the viewer can see into each room (similar to a glass house).  We pick the best angle to represent the 3-dimensional view and include any details that may not be seen in the classic floor plan or photographs.  A bird's eye view angle is also available.

"Custom" Floor Plans

Our most popular product, the "custom" floor plan, is a true, colorful, 3-dimensional rendering of the home.  We match the color of hardwood floors, berber carpet, granite counters, wood cabinetry, brick fireplaces, and paint colors.  We can even "stage" your floor plan with furniture, plants, and other decorations.  Our finishing touches include bold colors on the top of the walls and adding light and shadows to help the floor plan pop.  Along with photographs, "custom" floor plans help somebody "visit" a home without stepping foot inside!

Customized Brochures

After completing the floor plans, we will create a printable brochure to include in the property's marketing materials.  We can customize the brochure to incorporate your picture, company logo, and contact information, or even drop the floor plans into your branded marketing brochure.  Click on the images below to see samples.

Authorized Virtual Tour Vendor

Online Floor Plan Tour

The online floor plan tour combines floor plans and photographs into an interactive experience.  The online tour will include floor plans of each level with pop up pictures and will have a memorable, customized website address.  The number and street name will be used for easy recognition (Examples: www.drawmyhome.com/1234sample).  Advertise the website address in your marketing brochures, personal websites and the mulitple listing service, Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS).  Send us the MLS number and we'll upload your tour for realtors® and buyers to see!  Click on the images below to see samples of this cutting-edge marketing technology.
